    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Express/Rush shipping

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Customers can use the tracking ID to monitor shipment status.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

Return to Origin (RTO)

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Record a proper unboxing video

  • Take clear photos of the package and product

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

Refunds or replacements will only be considered after verification.
